[2022 Conference] Our ECPay store has reached the limit of transaction amount

Because our ECPay store has reached the limit of transaction amount, you might encounter a payment failure message.
In order to ensure that everyone can enjoy the early bird discount of the conference, we will:
1. temporarily close the ECPay store after today. (We will make an announcement tomorrow that when it will reopen.).
2. And you need to complete the order today (before 12:00 midnight) and go to the payment page. If you encounter a payment failure message, please take a screenshot and send an email to us (contact@tpa-tw.org) to keep your early bird discount.
