Revised and adopted by the 2nd meeting of the 54th Board of Directors and Supervisors on March 19, 2010
Article 1. Basis for the election of the board of directors and supervisors of the societyArticle 16 of the Articles of Association of the Associationstipulated by the regulations.
Article 2. The election of directors and supervisors by correspondence may be handled jointly.
Article 3. For the election of directors and supervisors of the association by correspondence, the board of directors may nominate candidates who should be elected for the same quota or more.

Article 4. The electoral ballot in this newsletter shall specify the name of the association, the election session, the title of the electoral position and the deadline for returning it, etc.
