This research on online support groups during the pandemic highlights the impact on mental wellbeing, self-awareness, and quality of life. It's interesting to consider how engaging activities, like the fast-paced Slope Game, might also contribute to stress relief and improved focus during challenging times. Finding healthy outlets is key! I wonder if future studies could explore the benefits of simple, accessible games like Slope Game as a coping mechanism.
探討高敏感族群的認知風格
高敏感性(Sensory Processing Sensitivity, SPS)是一種特質，指一群在感覺處理層次上，對於自身內部與外在環境訊息敏感的人(Aron & Aron, 1997)。他們對環境的細微變化、社會性刺激會表現更精緻的處理。另一方面，場獨立與場依賴為一種認知風格(Witkin, 1967)，表示個體組織和處理訊息的方式，場依賴個體容易受外在訊息干擾；反之，場獨立個體則較常利用自我內部訊息。由於高敏感族群容易受到外在環境細微變動的影響，故本研究將探討高敏感族是否展現出場依賴的認知風格。27名受試者（11男16女）填寫高敏感族群量表，以及場獨立/依賴測驗(桿框測驗及藏圖測驗)。根據高敏感量表分數，將高於平均分數的受試者分派為高分組、低於平均分數的受試者為低分組，並以桿框測驗和藏圖測驗分數作為依變項，進行兩組獨立樣本T檢定。結果顯示，在桿框測驗中相較於低分組，高分組偏好使用外在視覺策略；在藏圖測驗中高分組答對題數顯著低於低分組，表示高敏感族群更易受外在複雜圖形干擾。由上述可知，高敏感族展現出場依賴的認知風格。

Interesting research! The link between SPS and field dependence is compelling. I wonder if this heightened awareness also impacts gaming preferences. Do highly sensitive people gravitate towards detail-oriented games like Pokerogue ? Building a complete Pokerogue Dex requires meticulous observation and memory. Further studies could explore this connection.
